While planning a trip, you can get acquainted with hotels, resorts, camping sites and sanatoriums of Crimean peninsula, their prices (you can choose between US dollar, Euro, Ukrainian Hryvnia and Russian Rouble) as well as view photographs of sightseeing attractions and accommodation.

Booking, payment & confirmation:

1. You send us your request. In order to do that, you can:
а) fill out an on-line booking form on our web-site.
b) E-mail to us - balaklava@stel.sebastopol.ua or send us a fax +38 (0692) 637 333 - listing your full name, contact details, arrival/departure dates, number of people, type of accommodation. If additional services are required (such as transfers, organization of sightseeing trips and sea excursions, banquets, etc), please mention it in your request as well.
c) You can contact us via ICQ. 
d) You can call us on +38 (0692) 637 333 and talk to our manager.

2. Our agency can provide you with a medical insurance. You can find terms and conditions on our web-site. If you want to arrange your own insurance, please, let us know in your request form.

3. You will receive a bill as a booking confirmation.

4. The bill must be paid within 3 work days after the bill issue date.

5. You get a commission for working with us. Thus the overall price is calculated with the deduction of the commissions which are mentioned in our price-lists.

6. The conditions of reservation cancellation (presumptive damages) are defined by the contract.

7. After the bill has been paid, you will receive reservation documents: trip confirmation and a travel voucher.  

8. After the bill has been paid, you will also receive a tax invoice (that is only valid if your company is a VAT payer and you can provide the necessary documents. After we fulfill our obligations, we will send you
a Report of Completion.

!!! Recreation tax is not included in the price and should be paid upon arrival/check-in.
It comes to 5 UA Hryvnias per person. Children under 16 and Crimean residents don't have to pay this tax.

Tourists should have the following documents upon check-in:
• Passport
• Contract, trip ticket or voucher from a travel agency, or voucher issued by "Balaklava - Tour"
• Birth certificates for children
